Hastings mayor and councillors hold minute's silence for Manchester

Cllr Peter Chowney, leader of Hastings Borough Council, led the civic party for the one minute’s silence with the mayor, Cllr Judy Rogers, and Cllr Simon Blackburn, the leader of Blackpool Council, who was in Hastings on council business.

Hide AdCllr Chowney said: “Our hearts go out to those killed in Manchester on Monday night, and to their families and loved ones.
“The leader of Blackpool Council, who is in Hastings on council business, and also leads on anti-extremism and counter terrorism initiatives across local government, joined us in the one minute’s silence.”
