I do congratulate all the Team and wish the Loyalty Card great success for the Town.”
The card was developed in partnership with Sustainable Cards, the world’s leading source of sustainable wood for hotel key cards and gift cards.
A spokesman for the Town Team said: “We’re very proud to be the first people in the UK using a wooden loyalty card, how’s that for a small market town! We’re aiming high for our town and determined to make our retailers everyone’s first choice.”

Penny Mordaunt, high streets minister, said: “Congratulations to Haywards Heath Town Team on launching its eco-friendly loyalty card. It’s great to see small and independent retailers getting together in this brilliant way to create a new buzz about town that will encourage people to come and shop on their high street.”
