Residents living in 46 Adur Homes properties on Test Road signed up to replace their storage heaters and electric water systems with modern, efficient gas-fired combi boilers and new radiators.

The new systems will help residents to stay well and warm at home and reduce their energy bills. They will also reduce carbon emissions as electricity is thought to be the most carbon-intensive fuel for heating.
