Horsham salon giving teddy bear a new home

A Horsham hair salon is holding a charity raffle where the prize is a large Burberry teddy bear.

Mayfair Hair, in East Street, hope to raise £200 for the Queen Elizabeth II school in Horsham, which caters for pupils with severe or multiple learning difficulties.

Manager Kay Tyler said: “We are trying to raise money for lighting for the drama studio at the school - it needs new lighting and they had to brave it last year.

“The children have such a lovely school there, and the staff are amazing people.”

The cuddly toy was donated to the salon by a customer, who won it but thought she could donate it rather than have it sit at her home.
