Icklesham

GREETINGS: I'm sure it is colder now than it was in February. Drizzly this morning, nothing much to recommend it at all. There is time for it to improve before the MayDay Bank Holiday, but should we raise our hopes very high? There will be Morris Dancing at Winchelsea on Monday at the unearthly hour of 6.45 am, if you happen to be an early riser. Hastings will be packed out of course, with all the bikes and Morris teams.

WEATHER: As already mentioned, it is cold now, brought about by the north east wind. When the sun IS out, it is quite strong. But having had a really mild winter with lots of plants getting going early, we now seem to be on hold with the growth in the gardens. Except for the pesky grass of course !

We will keep you all updated with progress. Those on Social media can follow The Icklesham New Pavilion on Facebook.
