Don’t forget please the meeting in the Village Hall this coming Thursday 31 October when we want to hear about your memories of Iden

This is a very worthwhile and exciting project! -Iden has had an amazing history, particularly during the past 50 years or so and it is important residents’ memories of significant events and the way of life during this time are recorded. With this in mind it is hoped that with your help, your recollections can be noted and published so that they are not lost for ever.

Over refreshments share your memories. Please bring photographs and other memorabilia you may have- there are of course quite a few residents whose memories will go back for more than 50 years and of course their reminiscences will be especially welcome

It is hoped that Peter Spencer, who many of you will know, will also be present to talk about his time in the village working at Oxenbridge
