Knights do battle as medieval weekend goes off with a bang
VISITORS to Bodiam Castle were catapulted back in time to the 14th century at the attraction’s annual Medieval Weekend.
Horseback jousting by the Knights of Arkley went down a storm with the crowds, along with medieval musicians, a living history encampment, crossbow demonstrations, hawking displays, medieval crafts and interactive activities, including have-a-go archery and a paintball cannon.
