Adrian Moss has been elected as the new district councillor for Fishbourne ward.

The Lib Dem candidate won with 459 votes to the Conservative’s Libby Alexander on 293.

Labour Party candidate Kevin Hughes had 88 votes.

Mr Moss, who succeeds former Lib Dem councillor Sandra Westacott, will serve until May 2019.
