Littlehampton punk band’s gigs to support forces’ charity

MEMBERS of Lineside, a young punk band from Littlehampton, have organised two charity gigs in aid of Help for Heroes.

The first of the Punx for Heroes events is on Saturday, at Audio, Brighton, doors open at 7pm and admission £3, with Lineside and two Brighton bands, The Vulgarites and Crisis Warning.

East End Riot, from London, The Bob Hoskins Experience, from Bognor and Crisis Warning, again, will join Lineside for the second gig, on November 29 at The Latest Music Bar, Brighton, doors open at 7.30pm and admission £3 on the door.

Other bands may be added to the line-ups for both nights.

Lineside are Liam Dennison, lead vocals and bass, Luke Price, drums, Will Warren, lead guitar and Simon Price, rhythm guitar.

The band, originally formed three years ago, chose to support Help for Heroes ‘because it’s such a worthy cause to help service men and women who have suffered life-changing injuries’.
