Major crime squad investigating Burgess Hill shooting
A MAN was shot in the head through a window of his Burgess Hill home on Thursday night.
Detectives from the major crime branch are investigating the incident which took place in West Street around 10pm.
The 38-year-old suffered a wound to his head and had stitches at the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath before being released.
