A tweet from Horsham Police shortly before 6.30pm confirmed Hurst Road has been closed following a collision
Heavy traffic has been reported after the two-way closure between the College of Richard Collyer and Horsham Youth Centre.
According to traffic reports, the car 'hit a gas main near to Horsham County Court'.
