Man to go on trial for racially aggravated offences in Bognor Regis

A MAN has been charged with racially aggravated offences in Bognor Regis.

Paul Disberry, 58, unemployed, of Mons Avenue, appeared at Worthing Magistrates’ Court today (February 28) charged with racially aggravated harassment with fear of violence and racially aggravated harassment by writing.

The charges followed an incident outside Tescos in Shripney Road around 1.20am the day before.

Disberry was remanded to prison to appear for trial on April 19.
