The shop is unusual in that it provides funding directly to a local Macmillan service – Midhurst Macmillan Specialist Palliative Care Service, which operates from the Pearson Unit at Midhurst Community Hospital.
It plays a crucial role in helping to fund it, now covering around a quarter of its costs. “It feels great to contribute to ensure the local service continues,” said Arabella.
