Motorcyclist in hospital after Wick crash

A Senke bike and a Ford Focus collided at the junction of Wick Street and West Way just before 5.45pm.

The rider of the bike, a 48-year-old Wick man, suffered a broken leg, and was taken to Worthing Hospital by ambulance, and the Ford driver, a 52-year-old woman, was not hurt.

Fire crews from Littlehampton spent about 20 minutes clearing a fuel spillage.

Anyone who saw the accident is asked to call Littlehampton police on 0845 60 70 999 and quote serial 1295 of 19/01.
