Mountfield

Today/Good Friday there will be an hour of meditation from 12.00 am to 1.00 pm conducted by Fr Christopher Channer in Mountfield Church. On Easter Day there will be Holy Communion at Netherfield Church at 10.00pm celebrated by Rev’d John Hawkins.

The church is being decorated for Easter today/Good Friday. Donations of flowers for Easter would be gratefully received; the church is usually open between 9.00am and 4.00pm.

A reminder that Mountfield Lunch Club will be dining out once more on Monday 8th April at Leeford Place Hotel. Please let Ruby know by tea time on 7th April ( 880186) if you would like to join them and whether you require a lift.

I was unable to do a Village Voice for Mountfield for 15th or 22nd March as there was no news I had been aware of to put in!. As I mentioned several weeks ago, I am having to stop compiling it anyway. Nobody has come forward to take over unfortunately so this may be the last Mountfield Voice for a while I’m afraid.
