COLOURFUL artwork now adorns one of the walls at The Laurels day centre, Rustington, thanks to the hard work of volunteers Nina Fraser and Kim Burge.

Currently studying A-level art at Littlehampton Community School, the girls spent five weeks creating a beautiful mural to be enjoyed by visitors and staff at the centre.

The mural has brightened up a previously dull communal area and Laurels manager Carol Reeves cannot thank the young artists enough.

"All the staff and I wish to convey a huge thanks to Nina Fraser and Kim Burge.

"It has been good to see young adults giving up their time to give lasting pleasure to so many."
