Netherfield Church - The services for September will be as follows: this Sunday September 1 will be a Family Service at Mountfield, Sunday September 8 a Holy Communion at Brightling, Sunday September 15 a Holy Communion at Mountfield, Sunday September 22 a Holy Communion at Netherfield and on the last Sunday September 29 we are having our Harvest Festival. This will be an Evensong at 6 pm. followed by a Harvest Supper in the church. We shall need to know if you are wishing to join us for this supper in order to organise the catering so please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you and we look forward to welcoming you. White Hart - There are various groups meeting throughout the month including Boules, The Rover group, The Harley Davidson group, T.R.Cars and The Breakaway Club, if you would like to know more about any of the dates and times or the darts and football teams please give Sean a ring on 01424 838382. White Hart Boules Pitch. The pieste is free to use, any clubs please feel free to come and use the pieste, FOC any time except match days which are Saturday afternoons throughout the season. Deaf or hard of hearing? Come along to one of the Hard of Hearing Groups held in Battle and take the opportunity to meet other people in an easy-to-communicate atmosphere? The next meeting at Battle will be on Monday September 2 2013, 2pm – 3.30pm at St Martins, Mount Street, Battle, TN33 0DR.
