Netherfield Church – Our next service, Sunday May 20, is a joint Holy Communion for Mountfield and Netherfield which should be at Mountfield. Although the work is completed there is still clearing up to be done and Mountfield have asked it be held at Netherfield again so please note this change. Sunday May 27 will be a joint Holy Communion for Mountfield and Netherfield at Netherfield. All services are at 10 am please check here each week or on notice boards at the churches for our services.

Please don’t forget the next Quiz Night at the White Hart arranged for the May 24. Start at 7.30 pm. with teams of 4 -6 at £2.50 per person, all in aid of your church so make a note now and come and join us. Paul Smith Church Warden.

Sunday June 10 – Eastbourne Lions Classic Motor Bike Ride with over 300 classic bikes.

Thursday June 14 – celebrate all things Bourbon.

Monday June 18 – Celebrate the Battle of Waterloo. Paint a wellie competition £1 per entry, proceeds to children’s play area.

Thursday June 28 – Quiz Night 7.30pm in aid of Netherfield Church.

There are various groups meeting throughout the month including Boules, The Rover group, The Harley Davidson group, T.R.Cars and The Breakaway Club, if you would like to know more about any of the dates and times or the darts and football teams please give Sean a ring on 01424 838382. White Hart Boules Pitch. The pieste is free to use, any clubs please feel free to come and use the pieste, FOC any time except match days which are Saturday afternoons throughout the season.  We have a group of ladies and Gents that play amongst themselves Monday Lunchtimes.

The mobile library will be outside the shop from 11.50 – 12.10 on Friday May 25.
