New housing proposal

M & Holding wants outline planning permission from Arun District Council for nine dwellings on the land east of 
15 Renoir Mews.

The proposed homes are a mixture of four bungalows and five chalet bungalows. Each will have two parking spaces.

The site of nearly half an hectare is currently unused and consists of grass and some shrubs.

A statement from M & Holding’s planning agent, Adams Integra, says: “The development of nine dwellings on the site appears a good fit and will allow reasonable relationships to adjacent properties to be maintained.”

Two previous applications to build housing on the land have been rejected by the district council.
