New tea room captures Blitz spirit

A NEW 1940’s style vintage tea room opened its doors at Battle’s Yesterday’s World attraction last weekend.

Staff dressed in period clothing to create an authentic NAAFI style experience.

The tea room is part of a series of planned new attractions, including an exhibition of local war-time memorabilia and a World War 1 trench experience.
