Newick Country Market :will be open this Friday morning in the Village Hall from 10 to 11am, you can purchase locally grown vegetables, home made baked cakes and savoury items, fresh eggs, preserves, . There are some lovely handmade greetings cards, knitted items, flowers and plants., you can also enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. , you need to arrive early because many items sell out fast.

Newick Bonfire Society: are holding an AIR SOFT GAMES(similar to paint balling, but without paint) on SUNDAY 14TH APRIL from 9.30am at CRONK’S WOOD. Newick Healthy Walks: dates for the April walks are WEDNESDAY 13th and 27th, the walk commences on THE GREEN opposite the BULL INNAT 10.30am. the walk last for 1 hour, the is no charge no need to book, just turn up and enjoy a country walk.
