NINE flats are proposed for the site of a car bodywork business at Littlehampton.

The scheme would involve the demolition of the building, at Linden Park.

ANGMERING: two-storey rear and side extension, Aros, Ham Manor Way (re-advertisement, due to incorrect address).

ARUNDEL: listed building consent application to redecorate exterior and replace signwork and lighting with new, Swan Hotel, 27 High Street.

Demolish store/workshop and build replacement, with pitched roof, 107A Tarrant Street.

EAST PRESTON: demolish single-storey side extension and build single-storey side extension under part pitched, part flat roof, Croft Cottage, 5 Kingston Lane.

LITTLEHAMPTON: outline application, with some matters reserved, for demolition of workshop and associated buildings, followed by construction of two two- and three-storey blocks consisting of nine apartments, including two one-bedroom studio flats, one one-bedroom flat, five two-bedroom flats and one three-bedroom maisonette, C. RUSTINGTON: driveway to the front of the dwelling, to include a dropped kerb, 107 Worthing Road.
