North Bersted church concert

A return visit to a North Bersted church is being staged by a group of musicians.

Arcadia will be bringing their repertoire of works in string and pipes to Holy Cross Church. Their concert at 3pm on June 15 has been described by the group's leader, Tom Jeffers, as songs and dances from five centuries for recorders, guitar, flute, harp and voices. Proceeds will be in aid of the church hall renovation fund.

Tickets, at 5 each, can be obtained in advance from church organist Pauline Hastings on 01243 828170. Some may be available on the door.
