Northbrook student heads to London

A STUDENT who graduated from Northbrook College last year has been chosen to showcase his work at London Fashion Week.

Jonathan Miller, who graduated from the BA (Hons) Fashion Design degree at Northbrook, was chosen from hundreds of designers to be part of the ‘ON|OFF X ARTS THREAD Tomorrow’s Talent’ installation at the Vinyl Factory in Soho on February 19.

The event will see a selection of young, emerging designers showcase their garments on a unique mannequin display at the On|Off Presents show.

London Fashion Week is one of the world’s highest profile designer showcases.

On|Off is a creative platform, renowned for showcasing the best of emerging and established talent both ‘on’ and ‘off’ the official London Fashion Week schedule.

It has been instrumental in launching the highly acclaimed careers of several major British and international fashion designers such as Gareth Pugh, Peter Pilotto and J.W. Anderson.

Northbrook College has a Fashion & Textile Deparment, and has an excellent reputation for student progression into the industries.
