Luke Walker is flying high after winning a prize for his exemplary school record.

The year-six pupil at Seal Primary Academy in Selsey has not missed a single day at school since he started in reception.

He received a 100 per cent attendance award from head teacher Matt Batchelor, having attending school on a total of 1,365 days over seven years.

Mr Batchelor said: “This is a massive achievement to attend every school day and we are very proud of him.”

Luke received a helicopter ride as his prize.
