OFSTED praises nursery for Outstanding safety record

Early Years Nursery has received a glowing report following its recent Ofsted inspection, particularly in the vital areas of children's health and safety, in which it was said to be outstanding.

The Bexhill College run nursery received Outstanding grades for its effectiveness of safeguarding children, engagement with parents, the extent to which children feel safe as well as the way staff encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyles.

The inspector praised the strong leadership and management in place and the staff who "actively promote the inclusion of all children in the range of activities".

The report also went on to say how well resourced the nursery was to help promote learning with the outdoor areas being used to help promote creative and writing activities as well as being used for play.
