The Ghost of Dunkirk, the 1931 Hastings Lifeboat the Cyril and Lilian Bishop, now back home after an absence of 66 years, is currently on display, awaiting restoration, by Hastings Lifeboat House.

Fundraising toward our £15,000 target has brought lots of letters from people and cash donations in memory of their loved ones, some with war-time experience. Others are from Hastings people who just want to help restore this old lady, with the memory net going ever further afield.

We are working toward 2017 for her completion.
