Nicole is an inspiration to us all

Nicole lives with daily pain yet has overcome that to achieve what many fit and healthy teenagers would find a challenge.

Not only is she excelling at Judo but plans to raise money for charity by completing a sky dive.

Nicole’s words have struck a real note - ‘There is always a positive side to life’.

We wish her well with representing Great Britain in the Special Olympics and European and international level.

We are pleased to see Rye’s ARRCC charity still making a real difference to people’s lives 13 years after being established.

The charity is doing its utmost to be sustainable but it is vital that local people continue to help and support it in the face of funding cuts.

Good news that Rye Jazz Festival is returning this summer. The festival brought a real ray of sunshine to the town last year.
