It will send you notifications about unique, sometimes-hidden places of interest as you pass them – and if you have a headset or Bluetooth connected, it can even read the information to you.

A useful app for when you are going abroad is Flight Aware.
This free app is a flight tracker that helps you keep track and watch arrival and departure times of flights in real time.
It will also send you push notifications for times and cancellations.

Hide AdAnother great holiday app is Postagram Postcards, which offers a great way to share emories of your trip.
This app enables you to create thick and glossy photo-postcards, which can be personalised with a photo from your iPhone photo album, Instagram, Facebook or Dropbox, or you can take a picture from within the app. The Postagram will then be posted to an address of your choice so you can keep in touch with loved ones while away.
