Will Writing Week – Make a Difference

Making a Will allows you to plan what happens to your money and possessions after you die. Remember, if you die without a Will, your possessions will be allocated according to set rules rather than according to your wishes. Perhaps you have made a Will but your circumstances have changed; such as through marriage or divorce, the birth of children or grandchildren.
Chestnut Tree House is delighted to announce its Will Writing Week, which runs from 6-10 October 2014. A number of solicitors throughout Sussex are taking part and have agreed to waive their normal Will writing fee for the preparation or change to a basic Will. Instead of paying the solicitor this fee you can make a suggested donation to the hospice.

Hide AdThere is no obligation to include Chestnut Tree House in your Will, but it might be an appropriate time to do so. Last year we cared for over 300 children and supported the families of 117 bereaved children, with our Community Team making over 1,600 home visits. This is all without any charge to families for this service. Did you know that nearly a quarter of our costs are paid through the generosity of gifts left in Wills?
