Everyone is always so kind

I had to write to say I have been at the surgery for 46 years and I have always had the best treatment I could have. The girls on reception are the best there is, polite and very helpful. At times I have been very upset but they have been so kind.

And the doctors I have seen were so kind and never rushed me, I never felt anything but kindness. The nurses I am under would phone me regularly to check my diabetes is okay. So I am sure you will get a lot of people writing to support them. My son and his family also belong there and they feel the same as me.
