Did you know there are substantial health benefits from decluttering?

This is because at a sub-conscious level your mind remembers everything you have, so if you have a lot of unwanted clutter and junk your sub-conscious mind is quite clogged up with clutter and junk (just like a computer that is full up with unwanted files).

This is one of the reasons why so frequently people who are depressed are surrounded by clutter and junk.

Getting rid of this clutter and junk frees up your sub-conscious mind for more useful things and can make you feel much happier.
