Why are we agreeing to green land building when Horsham has had loads of this already in West Horsham by Broadbridge Heath and the houses on the Novartis site must go towards the count of houses we have to agree to.

Plus can we get Liberty to do all the public builds first?

Like the school/roads/e.t.c. so that we don’t get mugged off again like we did with Wickhurst?
