LETTER: Speedy reaction to fly-tipping

May I just commend Horsham District Council on their speedy response to my two recent reports on dumped rubbish by the roadside, it was cleared within 24 hours.

Blaming the shortened hours at the council depots is not fair, the people who fly tip would do it even if the service was available 24/7.
