I am writing - again - calling on you to initiate an immediate inquiry into Homes England’s £3bn land deal at the Golf Club of Ifield Parish in 2019.
The recent Homes England decision to close the Golf Club and build on it [and beyond] - regardless of the objections especially by Gatwick and Crawley - calls into question not only the sanity, but also the legality, of the West of Ifield masterplan - and its ‘first phase’ speculative planning application.
