I’m sure that it can only stay open if the citizens of Littlehampton use it regularly.

This, I fear, will not happen if the cinema shows films mainly in the evening but rarely in the afternoon.

Many people prefer to go to the cinema in the afternoons.

The other problem is that the film programmes are not advertised in the Gazette.

The only way to find out what films are going to be shown is by visiting the box office, which is most inconvenient.

Editor’s note: The Windmill Cinema will now be advertising films in the Littlehampton Gazette.
