All Hallows at Horsham Market

The traders at Horsham’s Thursday market really know how to get into the ‘spirit’ of Halloween and this year was no exception.

As part of the Town Centre celebrations, the stallholders dressed themselves, their stalls and laid on suitably ‘horrible’ (but still lovely) local produce to fit the ghoulish day.

Entering more carved pumpkins than any other group in the town competition, the prize for the best went to Noky Thai’s pumpkin - more cheeky than scary.

Scooping first prize for the best dressed stall was D&M Cakes, with the judges making their decision based on the amount of effort put in, the theming of the Halloween cakes and the bakers outfit. Michelle of D&M even dressed her neighbours stall. However, the judges felt it only fair to also give credit to Greener Greens and DJ’s Spot who came very close. It was also good to see some of the Saturday traders joining in at the weekend including JoCo and Just Brownies.
