Better sign understanding needed

Some, not me of course (yet) may have experienced such courses, and found them both interesting and useful.

Now I would like to suggest a Sign Awareness Course, not for motorists, but for the staff at the East Sussex Highways department; for every year, particularly about this time, roadside signs intended to help motorists are obliterated by overgrowing trees and bushes or overlaid with algae.

A simple course, which I would be happy to organise, should resolve this problem. But first of all it would be necessary to organise a Reading Awareness Course for the same staff, as they don’t appear to be able to read letters on this subject either.
