Big thank you to the Conquest

I read in the National press, hear on radio and see on TV, numerous references to the inadequacies of the NHS. As far as my own experiences, and those of others to whom I have spoken locally are concerned, these strictures definitely do not apply to the Conquest Hospital. Three weeks a go I had a hip replacement operation, and can say that, not only was the treatment received at every level in the hospital, both before, during and after the operation, of the highest quality, but so too was the subsequent back-up provision of nursing service and equipment (crutches etc.). Through your columns I would like to say a very big thank you to all concerned.
