Both leaders are losing their cases

While on the ‘Leave’ EU side we have the supreme legal mind of ex-Attorney General, Dominic Grieve, adamant that such a document would be worthless as all the EU treaties that Tories and Labour have signed us up to over the years supersedes any and all attempts to change them.
The only way that Britain can regain its judicial supremacy is to disengage with the EU and its treaties and become the independent world-leading nation that it used to be.
