Candidates show their contempt for we voters

This is intended to be an opportunity for all the parliamentary candidates to address and be questioned by members of the public.

Are we to see a repeat of the truculence which caused three of the candidates to withdraw, at the last minute, from a similar meeting held in Bognor at the weekend?

Never mind that about 200 members of the public came to that meeting to hear the candidates.

Never mind that they were there to answer questions from the audience, not to socialise with each other.

Never mind that all over the world people have died and are still dying for the right to freedom of speech and the chance to vote for a party of their choice.

This decision clearly shows that there is nothing to choose between the three largest parties.

They are all united in their contempt for the general public, whom they were elected to serve.
