Can't afford link road
THERE are two reasons why we can't afford the Bexhill-Hastings link road. We can't afford to spend millions of pounds on a road at a time of massive public service cuts.
And we can’t afford a scheme that rips up the countryside and increases carbon dioxide emissions when we need to do everything possible to protect the environment and reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
