In a small, friendly and informal setting, with only eight students per class, Laure Moyle, owner and Chief Fairy of boutique patisserie puddingfairy.co.uk has created the ultimate treat for chocolate addicts.

Alongside her side kick Emma Foden from Set the Date Catering, they run a varied and fun program of baking and cooking classes, aimed at demystifying the arts of the kitchen.

“For the Chocolate Intensive Workshop, I wanted to create a rich, delicious program of fun recipes and technique, achievable for all levels of cooks and home bakers. I also injected a touch of my French background, to add some ‘va va voom’ to the demonstration, and hopefully encourage all students to go home and create their own fantastic chocolate treats for friends and family. After all, Christmas is not that far!” says Laure.

The class runs from Wisborough Green during school hours ( 10 am to 2pm). It includes tasting, soft drinks and a glass of wine. Introductory price for this year is just £35 per head. Come along on your own or bring a friend to share this delicious moment with. For more information and to book your space, email laure at [email protected] or call 07766 188219.
