Collection change was well done

There are always letters complaining about rubbish and recycling services in Rother, but I would like to congratulate our council on their introduction of the new services. We have had plenty of very clear information sent to us by post, followed up by a personal visit just to make sure we had received and understood everything, and now I have received my first automatic email reminding me what are my next three rubbish and recycling dates.

I am sure there will be teething problems as there always will be when introducing a new system over such a large area, but I say well done to the council for trying their hardest to minimize these.
