Community spirit this Christmas

Thursday December 3 will see award-winning developer, Countryside, bring members of the community together for a Christmas carol concert from 5pm at Wickhurst Green in Broadbridge Heath, Horsham to celebrate the festive period. Local residents and members of the Countryside team will enjoy roast turkey with all the trimmings, mince pies, mulled wine and hot chocolate, and listen to Farlington School senior choir (pupils aged 13 – 18) sing a selection of Christmas songs, including four solo performances. Children will also be invited to meet Santa and his reindeer in a grotto filled with gifts. A selection of Sussex’s finest produce will be available to taste, sip and purchase – including Bartie’s Sussex Faire’s jam and chutneys, preserves and pickles; Cornelia Frost’s arts and crafts and a variety of festive goodies from Westons Farm Shop.
