Give supermarket chain its £3m back

Why sell the land to them if you have no intention of letting them build a supermarket?

Why ask the Rye people who they would prefer, they gave you their vote and Sainsbury’s came out tops.

But as usual, our opinion does not count.

The voice and opinions of true Ryers has never counted and never will.

Do the decent thing county council, give Sainsbury’s their £3 million back and the interest it could have earnt them if it was in their bank account and not yours.
