TALK about shooting oneself in the foot, what is Arun District Council trying to do? The Windmill is one of the only things that is still good about Littlehampton. The staff are brilliant – happy and always with a cheery word and a joke and so pleased to see you.
Often, I and my friends have had to go back another night or buy tickets in advance, because the theatre was full. It is such a comfortable place, with good seating, and although I am only 5ft tall, I can see fine.
Parking is easy and you can pop into the Harvester for a snack, so the powers-that-be are getting lots of revenue, and if you want to go in the afternoon you can shop and eat in the town and pop down to the pictures, making a good day or evening out.

Hide AdI thought they were trying to get more people to go there, or is the idea to sell off the land? Is it going the same way as the hospital, to become another fiasco? If it does go, Bognor will be getting my trade in future.
