I took the first press-fibre shelter to be for large hamsters. Would you know if the second one is intended to be an aviary for weary herring gulls?

I am sure you will announce when the architect concerned will be on site for the obligatory award-winning, commemorative photograph.

Pity about the residents and visitors.
