Hastings blue badge fine was outrageous

The £100 fine given to Michael and Barbara Luck was outrageous. Blue badges are not issued unless there is a serious medical issue. Mrs Luck has a severe disability.

The Lucks were attending a pre-arranged appointment at Station Plaza Health Centre.They parked in a disabled bay, with the Blue badge clearly visible.

With great difficulty and considerable pain Mrs Luck got out of her vehicle and together made their way with tremendous difficulty to the third floor for the appointment.

Parking Eye should be ashamed of taking money from a genuinely sick person.
