Have the ravens arrived in Eastbourne?

Can anyone confirm that ravens have set up home in or nearby Terminus Road, Eastbourne?

In the spring I heard deep calls from an unidentified bird and last week a raven with his distinctive “beard” alighted on a bus stop sign near me.
